Simply put, an operational review is an in-depth look at the big picture, addressing communication issues, operating procedures, financial issues, and other factors that affect a First Nation based operation. 

It can be named a Comprehensive Community Plan or possibly and organization restructuring, our team is able to navigate the complicated work of First Nation communities and develop plans that are achievable. 

Our document won't sit on a shelf because it is impossible to implement.  It will become a guide to assist in the navigation of your organization's change.
