As professionals as well as First Nation community members, the CIPS Team understands the challenges that communities face when needs arise.  We understand that often staff wear many hats and have multiple competing priorities.

With this understanding, we are able to help ensure that the climate change projects being pursued are successfully carried out.  We assist with and/or complete some of the onerous activities involved in managing projects such as meeting co-ordination, communications, keeping people and resources on task and report writing.

We strive to also teach new skills if required to ensure that internal confidence is built directly into  projects so that our services are not needed in the long term.
